This is an international action coordinated by Make Poverty History. Send a message to governments the world over: On Saturday, October 17, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, take part in the Winnipeg event by joining the crowd at the Winnipeg Convention Centre at noon hour.

Be there to show your support for dignity and economic justice for all. The candidates for Premier of Manitoba will be listening!

Cost: Non-perishable food donation

Make an immediate difference for people in need in your community. Drop off a non-perishable food donation at your students' union office on or before Hallowe'en, or check for more details about other drop-off locations. Food donations won't end poverty in Manitoba, but they *can* help your neighbours get through the month. Every donation counts! And don't forget to sign up for Target Poverty campaign updates:
